We are hosting a 90 minute Charity Boxercise Event with our 3 Boxercise Instructors, plus guest instructor Heather Duncan, including our very FIRST Group Sparring session – punching, moving, slips, ducks etc, all set to pumping tunes!
Under 14yrs are very welcome with a parent/guardian – make it a family outing!
Cost of the event is £10 per person and 100% of that goes to charity – split between Ovarian Cancer Action & Alzheimer’s Society, so please support us by booking in for some fighting fitness fun! Real people making a real difference.

We are also collecting your old bras, any decent make up you don’t use and any sanitary items you’d like to donate for 3 other charities – Smalls for All, Give & Make Up and Red Box Project, to help girls & women in need in the UK and worldwide. Get looking in your cupboards!
